Denoising is an automatic image processing operation which reducing visible pixel noise in digital photographs.
Guiding lines is a tool in Photoupz for improving the area restoration procedure (inpainting). They can be used to mark object edges which should extend through the unknown area. Object edges and or texture are extended during inpainting along the Guiding Line path, seeded from areas around the Guiding Lines at known pixel areas.
Inpainting is an automatic image area restoration procedure, where unknown pixels are intelligently recreated using statistical properties of pixels in surrounding image area.
